Two Months Old!

On November 17th, we celebrated Matthew's two-month birthday!

It's hard to believe how quickly the time is flying by!

Matthew spends most of his days growing.

At his two-month visit with Dr. Atiyeh,

he weighed in at 14.4 oz and was 24.5 inches long.

That's the 95th percentile for height and weight - wow!

Matthew is such a sweet baby!

He is very social and loves to smile and coo or "talk" to us.

He loves to cuddle and,

while he prefers to be held,

is also usually content in the baby swing or bouncy seat.

Matthew is also beginning to show interest in his toys.

He particularly loves to watch the red bunny on his mobile

and he also loves the black and white graphics on his

zebra toy.

Also, Matthew is an excellent sleeper!

At two months, he was typically sleeping about 2 six-hour stretches at night.

(Usually from 7 PM to 1 AM and from 1 AM to 7 AM with a bottle break in between.)

Now, just a few weeks later, he is typically sleeping about 10 hours!

Hurrah!
