We wandered out to Mount Vernon today for a stroll.

Kate fell asleep promptly upon arrival.

First Trip to the Zoo

Last Sunday we celebrated Kate's 6-month birthday and the unseasonably warm day by making a trip to the zoo with Grandma and Papa. We had all had a great time!

As usual, Kate slept for a good part of the visit.

This was a pretty typical scene from our trip!

Notice Grandpa graciously pointing out a lion while Kate looks the exact opposite direction.

Other children are much more interesting than animals at this stage!
